Norris’ father, Paul Norris, resides in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He is also survived by his wife, Eva; daughter, Isabella; mother, Jo Ann Wheeler; brother, Mark A. Collier, Jr,; and grandmother, Mary Tucker.
